fflash Terms and Conditions of Use
Welcome to fflash’s Terms and Conditions of Use (these “Terms”). This is a contract between you and the fflash Group (as defined further below) and we want you to know yours and our rights before you use the fflash website or application (“fflash” or the “App”).
Please take a few moments to read these Terms before enjoying the App, because once you access, view or use the App, you are going to be legally bound by these Terms (so probably best to read them first!). Please also read our Community Guidelines (which form part of these Terms) and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using fflash (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
3. Account Registration
To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the App in a lawful and respectful manner. You agree not to:
• Post or transmit any content that is abusive, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Harass, stalk, or intimidate any other user.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Use the App to distribute spam or unsolicited messages.
5. Content
You are solely responsible for the content you post or transmit through the App. By posting content, you grant fflash a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute your content.

7. Subscription and Payment
Certain features of the App may require a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
9. Limitation of Liability
fflash is not responsible for any content posted by users or for any actions taken by users. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except for claims that may be taken to small claims court.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
